Vos Collection is seeking a talented and driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing team on a full-time basis. What you are about:

The Social Media Specialist will be the primary driver of social media presence for our portfolio of clinics in Chicago. Working closely with our Clinic Managers, you will bring our physicians, providers, and treatments to life through high-quality, platform-native content. Strategy will be developed in close partnership with the Regional Marketing Manager, who will define the overarching direction and priorities. Your role is to bring that strategy to life with creativity, consistency, and precision, staying in regular alignment to ensure content always ladders up to broader practice goals.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Production

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content featuring physicians, providers, clinic spaces, and treatments across all clinics.

• Develop platform-appropriate content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels as needed.

• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar and ensure consistent, on-brand publishing cadence.

• Write engaging captions and copy that reflect the voice, values, and expertise of each clinic that speak meaningfully to and build relationships with our audience.

• Repurpose and optimize content across platforms to maximize reach and relevance.

• Support content creation for thought leadership initiatives, including materials developed for and funneled to the broader Vos Collection's channels.

Social Media Management

• Manage and publish content across all active social media accounts

• Coordinate collaboration posts and content featuring individual provider profiles

• Monitor platform performance metrics and provide regular reporting on key KPIs (i.e. followers, reach, engagement, conversions).

• Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices in medical and wellness social media.

Community Management

• Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms and respond in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.

• Conduct daily engagement across all profiles, including interacting with patient content, partner accounts, and industry conversations to grow brand visibility and foster a sense of community beyond owned feeds.

• Foster an engaged, trusting online community that reflects the warmth and expertise of our Vos Collection clinics.

• Identify and escalate patient-related inquiries or sensitive comments in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and practice policies.

Collaboration & Strategy Support

• Partner closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and Clinic Managers to align social content with broader campaigns, promotions, and patient acquisition goals, serving as the day-to-day execution arm of a cohesive, strategy-led marketing effort.

• Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Manager through regular check-ins, content reviews, and performance discussions to ensure continuous alignment and agile response to shifting priorities.

• Contribute creative ideas and content concepts to regular strategy meetings.

• Support influencer and partnership outreach as directed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

• 3+ years of social media management experience, ideally in a healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, or luxury consumer brand context.

• Demonstrated track record of growing social media followings and driving measurable engagement

• Portfolio of original content (photo, video, reels, carousels) required.

• Experience working with or marketing to medical providers or clinical teams is strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with HIPAA considerations as they apply to social media and patient content.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in content creation tools including Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or equivalent.

• Strong on-camera direction skills; able to make physicians and providers feel comfortable and look their best.

• Excellent written communication and copywriting ability; strong command of brand voice and tone.

• Experience using native platform analytics and/or tools such as Instagram Insights, HubSpot Social, Sprout Social, Later, or similar.

• Culturally aware and trend-savvy; actively monitors current events, holidays, seasonal moments, and emerging trends both in popular culture and within the dermatology and medical aesthetics space to ensure content remains timely, relevant, and resonant.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Collaborative and professional, with strong interpersonal skills for working alongside physicians and clinical staff

• Self-motivated and reliable; able to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid environment.
