Practical Instructor (MDs, NPs, and RNs)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Practical Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will facilitate hands-on rotations for small groups of 3-4 students, guiding them through real-world aesthetic procedures using real products on actual models. This role is crucial in ensuring that our students gain practical, hands-on experience and develop the skills needed to excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Hands-On Training: Lead practical sessions, providing instruction and supervision as students perform aesthetic procedures on real models.

• Facilitate Rotations: Manage small groups of 3-4 students, ensuring each participant receives adequate hands-on experience and personalized feedback.

• Demonstrate Techniques: Clearly demonstrate various aesthetic techniques and procedures, using real products and equipment.

• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Uphold all safety protocols and hygiene standards to maintain a safe learning environment for students and models.

• Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students, helping them refine their techniques and address any challenges they may face.

• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic procedures.

• Support and Mentor: Serve as a mentor and resource for students, answering questions and offering guidance throughout their practical training.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Proven experience in performing aesthetic procedures, including injectables, with a strong understanding of techniques and safety protocols.

• Certification: Relevant certifications and licenses in aesthetic procedures and injectables.

• Teaching Skills: Prior experience in teaching or training roles is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with small groups, provide clear instructions, and foster a positive learning environment.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of practice.
