We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) with medical aesthetics experience to join our collaborative, high-performing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aesthetic NP who is passionate about cosmetic injectables, patient education, skin health, and delivering natural-looking outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic and dermatology consultations, evaluate patient goals, and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team; anticipated patient volume is approximately 8–16 consultations or visits per day.

• Administer cosmetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other aesthetic services within your scope of practice.

• Deliver safe, personalized care that supports natural, noticeable outcomes and an exceptional patient experience.

• Provide continuity of care through treatment follow-up, patient communication, progress evaluation, and ongoing aesthetic treatment management.

• Educate patients on recommended procedures, injectables, medical-grade skincare, products, aftercare, and long-term skin and body maintenance plans.

• Partner with the team to support clinic growth, patient engagement, retention, referrals, and brand-awareness initiatives.

• Continue developing your knowledge of laser, light-based, skin-rejuvenation, and body-contouring therapies; experience or interest in medical-grade skincare is highly valued.

• Grow into a clinical leader and potential Key Opinion Leader within the organization through access to organizational leadership, manufacturer-sponsored medical education, and product-specific clinical training.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license, or eligibility/pending licensure to practice in Arizona.

• Current national NP board certification, such as AANP or ANCC certification.

• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is preferred.

• At least three years of hands-on experience administering cosmetic injections, including documented training and relevant certifications.

• Advanced experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, lasers, and aesthetic procedures is strongly preferred.

• A personable, energetic, detail-oriented clinician who thrives in a fast-paced medical aesthetics setting.

• Strong consultation, communication, patient-education, and relationship-building skills.

• A commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, ethical recommendations, and natural-looking results.

We offer competitive rates and industry incentives, $120,000-$220,000 base salary and productivity bonuses based upon years of experience and background.
