It is an exciting time at MSP, and we are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role is an integral member of utilizing our impressive tech stack and use case.  

 

The CRM Specialist is passionate about the successful and optimal use of our CRM platform across the MSP organization. They have a deep understanding of how to leverage the CRM tool to create scalable, effective customer experience moments across their journey. They’re passionate about teaching others how to leverage tech to achieve their goals and are proud to build reporting instances that roadmap how to grow the business.  

 

 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Champion the use of HubSpot throughout the organization  

  • Be a force for positive adoption of the platform 

  • Assist with implementation of new tools and assets  

  • Onboarding head office and clinic team members to HubSpot 

  • Customize views, properties, and workflows in Hubspot 

  • Create new automations to support ongoing business development 

  • Manage Integrations (new and current) 

  • Build reports and verify data quality 

  • Keep up to date on upcoming HubSpot update deployments 

  • Provide HubSpot Technical Support 

  • Manage relationships with company stakeholders  

  • Develop training materials for users

Experience: 

  • 2+ years experience working as an implementer and/or administrator within HubSpot 

  • Valid HubSpot Certifications and on the job experience would be considered an additional asset 

  • Creating documentation and leading training programs to utilize HubSpot and/or other CRM software 

  • Creating sales workflows and sequences
