Job Posting: HubSpot Operations Specialist
Location: Remote, Canada (with occasional travel as needed)
Role Overview:
The HubSpot Operations Specialist will be instrumental in supporting the sales function for our partner clinics, which includes our call center, clinic reception teams and treatment designers. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot to manage, optimize, and improve our CRM and sales systems, enabling seamless operations and ensuring clinics achieve their revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence and a knack for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Management:
Own the administration of our Sales Hub features in HubSpot including user management, property maintenance, workflows, pipeline configuration, and reporting dashboards.
Continuously improve HubSpot systems to streamline sales processes and enhance user experience for our sales users.
Monitor data quality, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across the platform.
Sales Process Optimization:
Collaborate with clinic teams and sales leaders to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve the user experience to optimize conversion rates and overall sales performance.
Design and implement sales workflows, playbooks, and automations to reduce friction in the sales journey.
Training and Support:
Provide training and ongoing support to clinic reception teams and treatment designers on HubSpot best practices and new features.
Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical or process-related issues.
Reporting and Insights:
Build and maintain sales performance dashboards to provide actionable insights to clinic teams and leadership.
Regularly analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure alignment between overall HubSpot architecture, CRM management, and sales processes.
Work closely with the Growth and Sales leadership teams to support revenue growth initiatives.
Job requirements
Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years of experience in a sales operations or related role, with proven expertise in HubSpot CRM administration and Sales Hub.
Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the medical aesthetics, healthcare, or multi-location industry.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, automation, pipeline management, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
Bonus:
Experience with other sales enablement tools and technologies.
Familiarity with the medical aesthetics industry or multi-location operations.
