What you are about:
We’re looking for an experienced leader to join MSP as our Director of Clinic Marketing, Canada. This role reports into the Head of Marketing and is a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, working alongside the Director of Clinic Marketing, USA and the Director of Growth Marketing.
This role is open to candidates based in Toronto or Vancouver (preferred). We will also consider applicants located in Calgary and the broader Southern Ontario region. While the position offers flexibility through remote work, proximity to our clinic markets and headquarters is an asset.
This individual will provide overall leadership for the Canadian Clinic Marketing team, including:
•3 Clinic Marketing Managers (East, West, Dermatology)
•6 Clinic Marketing Specialists supporting those managers Together this team covers over 20+ Canadian clinics with diverse patient needs.
Job requirements
This is a hands-on position: we need someone who can lead, motivate, and develop the team, while also rolling up their sleeves to build innovative, localized marketing programs that drive measurable patient and business growth.
We need someone who is solutions-oriented, obsessed with creating value for clinics and patients, and has a proven track record of delivering multi-channel, content-driven marketing strategies in fast-paced consumer businesses.
Responsibilities:
Coach, manage, and develop the Canadian Clinic Marketing team (3 Managers + 6 Specialists).
Build strong relationships with Canadian operations leaders, finance, executive team, and clinics.
Lead development of annual Canadian marketing plans, including business planning, budget allocation, and guiding the Clinic Managers with their 52-week roadmaps.
•Oversee execution and performance of clinic marketing activities across multiple channels: Email, SMS, social, search, website, partnerships, and local events/activations.
•Manage clinic brands: support with visual assets, style guides, and brand guidelines.
•Lead clinic onboarding into the MSP marketing program.
•Source local and specialized 3rd party support (agencies, designers, photographers, influencers, specialists, event vendors).
•Collaborate with Growth Marketing and the Technology Team on CRM, websites, paid ads, SEO, lifecycle campaigns, and shared marketing tools.
•Ensure prioritization and on-time delivery of Clinic Marketing projects and campaigns.
•Facilitate best practice sharing across Canadian clinics, while aligning with U.S. marketing peers on cross-border campaigns.
•Monitor and optimize performance of marketing activities, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
•Play a key role in relationship management at both the clinic and corporate level:
•Problem solving, conflict resolution, trust-building, and creating advocacy.
•Report on KPIs and program performance monthly to the Head of Marketing and executive leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer-facing businesses.
5+ years in team leadership and management in a marketing agency, healthcare, or consumer services setting.
•Experience leading multi-site or multi-brand marketing teams strongly preferred.
•High competency with HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
•Proven ability to design integrated, multi-channel marketing plans.
•Strong delegator with excellent follow-through.
•Excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with executive teams and clinics.
•Relationship builder who earns trust and influence.
•Strong eye for creative and brand standards.
•Skilled in data-driven decision-making and KPI management.
•Experience in medical aesthetics or clinic marketing is an asset.
