What you are about:

The Clinic Marketing Specialist is responsible for bringing our unique MedSpa Partner clinics to life across key marketing channels. Reporting to the Clinic Marketing Manager, this role will lead the marketing activations across various channels that fit the unique clinic needs and contribute to the aligned 52-week marketing plans.

  • Lead the execution of clinic marketing activities across multiple channels: email, SMS, social, website and other relevant channels.
  • Plan and execute clinic content creation across organic marketing channels. Using an innovative approach to create effective and engaging content that appeals to the clinic target audience and reinforces the brand.
  • Provide copywriting for email, website, and social media that reflects the brand tone of voice and drives engagement.
  • Help source local and specialized 3rd party support for marketing activities, including but not limited to designers, content creators, photographers, videographers, writers, event support.
  • Engage in day-to-day clinic marketing and brand support, including but not limited to website updates, print collateral, signage, ad-hoc social and e-mail support.
  • Develop strong relationships with key team members within clinic marketing, operations and clinic staff.
  • Support activations with local partnerships, seeking mutually beneficial cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Report on relevant clinic marketing KPIs, and work with Clinic Marketing Manager to review priorities.
  • Support the development of the 52-week marketing calendar, reflective of key seasonal activations and local highlights per clinic.
  • Support across the other clinic marketing teams by sharing best practices and key tactics to help elevate the Marketing departments effectiveness.

The ideal candidate for the Clinic Marketing Manager has:

  • Have a commitment to improvement, knowing that efforts can always get better through feedback, iteration and experimentation.
  • Great organization and prioritization. Having the ability to keep up to date on the status and needs of multiple unique clinics, while ensuring plans are in place to address them.
  • You’re able to identify areas of need and find proper resources and/or training needed to address areas of support for you.
  • You have a good understand of how a full marketing mix works. Understanding the role of different channels, tactics, and efforts to help address specific business needs.
  • You’re able to adjust plans in the face of performance issues or changing business needs. Regrouping with key stakeholders and willing to chart new paths.
  • You have experience with HubSpot, Sprout Social (or related social media platform), Monday.com or Asana, Canva, CapCut, and the Adobe Suit
