What you are about:
You are a highly motivated, bright professional with experience in sourcing opportunities, whether that is with direct M&A experience, or a sales background. The Associate Business Development is a self-starter and comfortable working both independently and as part of a broader team. As MedSpa Partners continues to grow and acquire Medical Spas across North America, this role will be integral in the sourcing of platform acquisitions.
Reports Into: Head of Business Development
Primary Direct Reports: N/A
Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing: Identify potential acquisition opportunities and provide support throughout the entire due diligence process
Nurturing Clinic Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clinics
Funnel Management: Maintain and manage the existing sales funnel alongside the Head of Business Development
Industry Connections: Identify and build key industry relationships to further support deal sourcing efforts
Offer Presentations: Assist with preparation and presentation of term sheets
Job requirements
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
2+ years of work experience; previous experience in sales/business development
Experience in healthcare private equity or investment banking considered an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and client service skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of attention to detail
Pay: $80,000-90,000 OTE
